History & Background

A&L Group Ltd was founded by Barry Kilroe in July 2008 following the management buyout of The KDC Group of which he was the majority share holder. Not content with operating K-Lift Ltd, the mobile self erecting tower cane business, his vision was to build a group offering "complete disposal solutions".

Under the A&L umbrella sits a group of companies that offer a wide range of services, from asset recovery and waste recycling to land acquisition and regeneration, our professionalism guarantees that quality and cost are not compromised.

Ever vigilant of what the future holds, environmental issues are at the forefront of A&L's vision, from its waste recycling operations it is intended that a RDF product be utilised as a sustainable fuel to ensure the groups aim to maximise energy efficiency.

Further evidence of the groups commitment and dedication to environmental issues is the regeneration of a 4 acre ex county council landfill site in Stockport that is to be regenerated and become their new headquarters.
