All CDMC and H&S specific project management responsibilities are overseen by the organisations Senior CDMC Manager and Assurance Director. Asset & Land Recovery employ competent industry professionals and provide highly experienced management teams, giving expert advice from the initial evaluation and survey, right through to project delivery and beyond, whilst introducing a bespoke step change approach to the wider decommissioning, demolition and recovery market.
It recognises the importance of safe and sustainable project delivery and supports this recognition through the supply of competent employees and resources. Each employee is an industry specialist and their development is supported through a wide-range of task orientated, safety critical and safety management programmes, ensuring the continuous deployment of high performing teams.
This investment in training and development adds to the culture of Asset & Land Recovery and is readily demonstrated in its approach to health and safety. Asset & Land Recovery encourage an open book approach to incidents and a lessons learned environment, to help reduce project risk. Through the provision of our bespoke ‘Edu-Bus’ (mobile training bus) we are able to deliver on-the-job refresher training, including inductions and other on-site safety briefings.
Asset & Land Recovery is fully aware of the negative impact of a poorly planned project, cost overruns, programme delays and reputational damage are all potential outcomes if the project is not properly considered and planned.
We therefore encourage early engagement with our specialist engineers and safety advisors to ensure all risks are appropriately identified and addressed. Upon appointment we will present to all stakeholders our proposed methodology in 4D, giving you ‘the client’, the upmost confidence in our approach to all project phases and safety critical methods.
